An IME is a physical exam as well as a review of the claimants prior and current medical records used to assess a current medical status.  Michigan IME has experienced quality analysts who will review the report to ensure that all questions are answered prior to delivery back to the requester.  Final delivery will occur when the physician/expert signs off on the finished report.
